Overseas warehousing & VMI

Supply aligned with your production schedule.

JWJ works with dedicated overseas warehousing partners and can support VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) delivery for overseas customers. We work with you to define stocking, replenishment and release arrangements around your demand and delivery needs.

Overseas warehouse coordination

Coordinate production and overseas stocking through our warehousing partners, with the destination and stocking plan agreed for each project.

VMI replenishment planning

Agree how demand forecasts, inventory information and replenishment triggers will be shared, so stocking can follow the customer’s consumption rhythm.

Scheduled releases

Arrange releases from the overseas partner warehouse against agreed instructions, helping customers coordinate receiving and production while reducing repeated international shipment arrangements.

For a VMI project, we will agree the delivery location, forecast cycle, stocking levels, replenishment lead times, inventory responsibilities and settlement terms with you.

Delivery in action

Truck loading and sea-freight dispatch.

Loading at dispatch is one stage of the delivery route. Overseas stocking and VMI releases are coordinated through our warehousing partners.

Start with the information you have. Our team can discuss the remaining questions with you.

Application & operating conditions

Describe where the component is used, how it interfaces with other parts, and the mechanical, thermal, chemical or optical conditions it must meet.

Drawings & specifications

Send the drawings and requirements you already have by email. Include the revision, units, material and critical dimensions where available; our team will help clarify the remaining details.

Material & surface finish

Identify the specified material and finish, plus any areas requiring masking or special appearance. If selection is still open, describe the required performance.
