Founded in Shanghai. Serving customers at home and overseas.
Established in 2014, JWJ provides custom precision components with experience spanning manufacturing, operations and supply-chain coordination. Our work connects a part’s geometry with its material, surface function and delivery requirements.
Today, our capabilities span semi-solid magnesium forming, injection molding, CNC machining and precision assembly, silicone and advanced-material components, specialized finishing and inspection. The interfaces between these processes are a central part of the manufacturing task.

Quality systems develop
Initial ISO 9001 certification dates to 2015 and initial ISO 13485 certification to 2021. The current certificate cycles extend to 2027; original documents are available on the quality page.

Six semi-solid magnesium machines, 65 injection molding machines and 40 TC600 CNC machines support component production, complemented by precision assembly and specialized surface treatment.
